Account and plans This page covers your Dagnam account from sign up to deletion: verification, signing in, security settings, your profile and preferences, and how plans and usage limits show up in the app. Create an account Sign up with First Name , Last Name , Email , Password and Confirm Password , then click Create account . A password needs 8 to 100 characters with an upper case letter, a lower case letter and a digit; a strength meter reads Weak , Fair , Good or Strong as you type. Verify your email After signing up you get a verification email with a link; the link expires, so use it soon. Until you verify, a banner offers Resend email , and you cannot start training, upload datasets, create deployments or start fine tuning runs. Sign in and two-factor authentication Sign in with Email or phone and your Password . If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, a second step offers Authenticator app , Email a one-time code; the code expires or Backup code . Repeated failed sign ins can lock sign in temporarily. Turn on two-factor authentication from Settings , Security , Enable 2FA : enter your current password, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, save the backup codes it shows you, then confirm with a code. Turning it off Disable 2FA needs a current code from your authenticator app. Change or reset your password To change your password, open Settings , Security , Change Password , enter your Current Password , a New Password and Confirm New Password , and click Update Password . If you have forgotten it, click Forgot your password? on the sign in page and enter your email or phone number; the reset link is always sent to your email, and it expires, so use it soon. An account with two-factor authentication confirms the reset with a code from an authenticator app or a backup code not by email . Profile Settings , Profile covers your Profile Photo PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 2 MB , First Name and Last Name up to 50 characters each , Bio up to 500 characters, written in Markdown with Edit and Preview , Location and Website . Email cannot be changed here. Account Information shows your Account Type and Member Since date. Preferences and notifications Settings , Preferences covers Appearance Theme Light , Dark or System , Font Size , View Density , Language & Region Language : English, Español, Français, Deutsch or 中文, and Timezone , Notifications Email Notifications , Training Alerts , Deployment Alerts , Security Alerts which are always on, Marketing Emails , Weekly Digest , Product Updates and Sound Sound effects . Settings , Workspace covers your Default Framework and Default Device CPU , CUDA NVIDIA GPU or MPS Apple Silicon , Auto-save Interval milliseconds , Table Rows Per Page and Canvas Grid . Sessions A web sign in stays active while you use it: sessions refresh automatically in the background, and after a period without use you sign in again. Settings , Security , Active Sessions lists every signed in session, with Revoke on each session other than the current one, and Revoke All Other Sessions when there is more than one. Personal API keys Settings , Security , Personal API Keys is the one place to create and manage keys for the dagnam CLI and SDK. Create API Key asks for a Name , an Access choice Read & write CLI, SDK, audits by default, or Read only , and an optional Expires in days between 1 and 365; leave it empty and the key never expires. The full key is shown once, starts with sk , and can be revoked at any time with Revoke . Read & write is needed for dagnam audit run , training and deployments. See Authentication /docs/api/authentication for how keys authenticate API requests. Personal API keys need a paid plan; the Free plan does not include them. Ask through Support /support if you need access during the beta. Export your data Settings , Data & Privacy , Export My Data builds a ZIP of your profile, projects, architectures, training jobs and metrics. Delete your account Settings , Data & Privacy , Delete My Account asks for your Password and for you to type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT", then Delete Permanently confirms. This is permanent and cannot be undone: confirming schedules your account for deletion, and your data is erased after a 30 day grace period. The app does not currently let you cancel a scheduled deletion, so Plans and usage Dagnam's public plans are Free , Pro and Team . Paid plans are coming soon, and you can leave your email on the pricing page to hear when they open. Personal API keys, deployments, private projects and private Hub models, TensorFlow and FLAX code generation, multi-GPU training, and publishing a completed training job's model files to the Hub are not on the Free plan. Cloud GPU training, fine tuning and serving are available on request during the beta. Ask through Support /support . Billing in the user menu opens Billing & usage , which shows your billing period and a usage row for each limited resource: Storage , Training time this period , Projects , Deployments , API keys , Versions per project , Private hub models and Private projects , with uncapped rows reading Unlimited . You will see a warning as you approach a limit, and again once you reach it; storage carries its own warning as you approach your quota, and a file that will not fit in your remaining storage is refused rather than being blocked at a fixed point. Going over a limit puts your account into a read only grace period for the affected actions until you upgrade or usage drops, as the Billing & usage page explains. Getting help Support has quick links to Search Docs , Check Status , Browse Feedback and View Roadmap , plus a Sales, partnership & press contact form that needs no account. Signed in, you can also Report a bug with expected and actual behavior, reproduction steps, a severity and an optional attachment and View my tickets to follow up. Feedback is a public board where you can post a feature request or product feedback, and vote, follow or comment on others.
